Digital Product Refund Policy

Lectures Note products are digital downloads that may include PDF files, audio files, or other digital study materials described on the product page. Because digital access is normally provided shortly after payment, purchases become final once the download link or account access has been delivered, except in the limited situations below.

Eligible refund requests

You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase when:

  • You were charged more than once for the same order.
  • Payment was completed but digital access was not delivered, and our support team cannot restore access.
  • A supplied file is corrupted or unusable, and we cannot provide a working replacement.
  • We delivered a different product from the one shown in your order.
  • A refund is required by applicable consumer law.

Requests that are not normally eligible

  • Change-of-mind requests after digital access has been delivered.
  • Requests based on a course grade, test result, NCLEX outcome, or other academic result. Lectures Note does not guarantee academic or licensing-exam outcomes.
  • Device or software incompatibility when the file format was disclosed on the product page.
  • Failure to download or save files after valid access was delivered.
  • Violation of the personal-use license, including sharing, copying, reselling, or redistributing product files.

How to request help or a refund

Submit your request through the Contact page within 7 calendar days of purchase. Include your order number, the email address used at checkout, the product name, and a clear description of the issue. Do not send full payment-card or banking details.

Review and payment timing

We may ask for reasonable information needed to verify the order or reproduce a technical problem. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. The time required for a refund to appear is controlled by the payment provider or financial institution.

Cancellations

Digital fulfillment may begin automatically, so cancellation is not guaranteed once an order is placed. If access has not yet been delivered, contact us immediately and we will review the request.
