Digital Delivery & Shipping Policy
Last updated: August 23, 2026
Lectures Note sells digital study resources. No physical product is shipped, and no package, tracking number, customs charge, or physical return is involved.
What you receive
Your purchase includes the digital files and access described on the relevant product page. Depending on the product, this may include PDF study notes, accompanying audio files, practice materials, or a combination of these formats. Review the product description before ordering because contents vary by product.
Where a product includes a PDF, the file is designed for on-screen study and personal printing with compatible software and a printer. “Printable” describes permitted personal printing of the downloaded file; it does not mean that a physical copy will be shipped.
How digital delivery works
- After payment is successfully completed, download access is normally provided through the order confirmation page, order email, or your Lectures Note account.
- If a payment requires review, access may be held until the payment is confirmed.
- Delivery emails can be delayed by email providers. Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders before contacting support.
- You are responsible for entering a working email address and keeping access to the account used for the order.
Delivery timing and charges
Digital access is generally issued shortly after successful payment. Lectures Note does not charge shipping fees for digital products. Your internet provider, mobile carrier, device, or software provider may charge its own fees.
File compatibility
You need a compatible device and software capable of opening the file formats listed on the product page, such as a PDF reader or an audio-capable device. Product files are provided for download and personal study use; they are not physical books or mailed media.
If your download does not arrive
Please use our Contact page and include your order number, the email address used for the purchase, the product name, and a short description of the problem. Do not send full payment-card or banking details.
For refund eligibility, see the Digital Product Refund Policy.
