These Terms of Service govern your use of lecturesnote.com and purchases from Lectures Note. By accessing the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase a product.
1. Our products
Lectures Note provides independent digital educational resources for nursing students. Products may include PDF study notes, accompanying audio, practice materials, or other digital files as stated on each product page. No physical item is supplied unless a product page expressly says otherwise.
2. Educational use and independence
Our resources are supplementary study aids and are not medical advice, clinical instructions, professional training, or a substitute for an accredited program, instructor guidance, current textbooks, facility policy, or official exam materials. We do not guarantee any grade, course result, employment outcome, or licensing-exam result.
Lectures Note is an independent resource and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN), NCLEX, ATI, any nursing school, or any licensing authority. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification or compatibility where appropriate.
3. Product information and pricing
We aim to describe each product accurately. Review the product title, included formats, price, compatibility information, and delivery details before ordering. Prices and product availability may change prospectively without notice. The price displayed during checkout is the price charged for that order, excluding any taxes that must legally be collected.
4. Orders and payment
You agree to provide accurate order and account information. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. We may decline, cancel, or review an order when payment is not completed, information cannot be verified, fraud is suspected, or the transaction violates applicable law or these Terms. Any approved refund is governed by our Digital Product Refund Policy.
5. Digital delivery
Digital access is provided as explained in the Digital Delivery & Shipping Policy. You are responsible for using a valid email address, maintaining access to your account, and using compatible software and devices.
6. Personal-use license
When you purchase a product, Lectures Note grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the supplied files for your own personal study. Ownership of the intellectual property is not transferred.
You may not share account access; upload files to shared drives, course repositories, social platforms, or artificial-intelligence training systems; reproduce or distribute files; remove ownership notices; resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any product; or claim the materials as your own. Reasonable personal printing and annotation are permitted.
7. Acceptable website use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or checkout, transmit malicious code, scrape protected product files, impersonate another person, or use the website for unlawful activity. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the website, or our rights.
8. Accuracy and updates
Nursing and exam information changes. We may revise or discontinue products, but a purchase does not include a promise of future updates unless the product page expressly states that updates are included. Customers should verify clinical and exam information using current authoritative sources.
9. Third-party services and links
The website may use or link to third-party services, including payment, analytics, email, or hosting providers. Their separate terms and privacy practices may apply. Lectures Note is not responsible for an unrelated third-party website merely because it is linked from our site.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website and digital resources are provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee that they will meet every study need or remain uninterrupted. Lectures Note is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version and changing the “Last updated” date. Material changes apply from the date they are published unless applicable law requires otherwise.
